The Community Heart & Soul Seed Grant Program provides $10,000 in startup funding for resident-driven groups in small cities and towns to implement the Community Heart & Soul model. Grant funding requires a $10,000 cash match from the participating municipality or a partnering organization. This is a brand new initiative and is accepting applications on a rolling basis.

Coaches know what it takes to get things up and running. They guide communities through Community Heart & Soul ® using creative community engagement and involving everyone in identifying what matters most to the community. This citizen-based grassroots approach to planning has been used across the country.
